I'm so glad you have decided to seek counseling for things in life that are challenging. I think it's important to take the time to understand yourself in order to figure out where to go in life and I'm here to walk alongside you during that process. My clients are sometimes unsure of where to start but need help and I am very comfortable working with you on that journey of self-discovery and working through challenges to find the more positive outcomes you are looking for. We all have challenges to face in life, but how we do that is what can make all of the difference.

My approach is client-centered and integrative. You are the expert on your life and I will work beside you and find treatments that fit you and your situation best, viewing your life through your own narrative. I typically incorporate work on thoughts, behaviors, past experiences, and how societal expectations can play a role in our challenges.

I am accepting of clients from all walks of life. I provide a safe space for people to work through challenges, regardless of cultural background, gender, sexuality, or any other identifiers. I look forward to meeting you!
