My goal is to provide you with a safe and trusting environment where you can feel fully heard and validated. I will help you learn how to create goals, process emotions, build effective coping skills, and develop the strength necessary to face and defeat your obstacles. I will support you while you create meaning out of the things you once thought you'd never overcome.
I use Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral therapy (DBT), and Art Therapy. I will use a mind-body approach specific to your needs. We can simply talk or you can engage in a more creative approach by using art materials, no experience necessary!
