We are a group of professionally trained therapists that work with individuals and couples, partnering with clients to help them enjoy life. Our clinicians use a variety of therapies, including DBT, Gottman, and EMDR. We care deeply for our clients. If you are working through difficult relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, or just really struggling, we can help! Our therapists specialize with various ages and populations. We believe you are capable of healing and feeling well! We will pair you with the therapist that specializes in what you need.
Our licensed mental health clinicians have a variety of experience and specialized training, including IFS, EMDR, DBT, CBT, Gottman, and person centered therapy. We often work with clients that have experienced attachment trauma or relationship betrayals and hurts. When you reach out, we will help you choose the therapist that best fits your needs.
Healing is possible. You are not broken. You are worthy of the effort that it takes to feel better! We utilize a holistic approach, paying attention to how trauma is stored in the body and the messages that are exchanged between the nervous system and the brain. This approach allows for healing that is not always accessible with traditional talk therapy.
