My goal as your therapist is to collaboratively develop a relationship built on compassion, authenticity, and a dash of humor so that together we can understand your unique needs, values, and motivations.

Overall, my approach to therapy is to help you gain insight about emotional and relational patterns that are holding you back from living the life you want to lead. Over time, we will work to deepen your connection with yourself, identify the direction you’d like to grow towards or heal, and develop new ways of interacting in accordance with those goals.
