I have specialized clinical training in working with caregivers and their loved ones who struggle with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and substance use challenges. One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to engage individuals who are ambivalent about counselling. Without successful engagement, positive outcomes will not occur.
